The Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) was established in 1986 to promote high standards of business behaviour based on ethical values. The IBE is an important partner to any business wanting to preserve its long-term reputation by doing business in the right way.
Since its inception, the IBE has advised organisations on how to strengthen their ethical culture by sharing knowledge and good practice. This has resulted in relationships with employees and stakeholders that are based on trust.
The IBE had greatly outgrown its old website and required a platform to better serve its ever growing and diverse membership.
What the IBE wanted
IBE had a very basic website with a limited CRM function that was no longer suitable for their business needs. The organisation wanted to be able to offer a comprehensive self-service membership experience that satisfied both businesses and individuals alike.
This included ambitious goals to grow membership through improving key membership services, including hosting events, targeted emailing, a fully working and flexible online shop, an easily navigable knowledge hub and finally, the ability to tailor web content and user journeys.
