An example of this evolutionary approach is the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) Enterprise Membership Scheme. This project is an addition to the new intuitive website that Pixl8 built.
CBI is the largest professional body for bankers in the UK with more than 30,000 members and an impact reaching over 100 countries worldwide. The organisation serves public interest by sustaining the highest standards of ethical professionalism in customer-centred banking.
The Enterprise Membership Scheme
Working to a tight deadline, the CBI’s Enterprise Membership Scheme has been rolled out to employees of a high-profile British bank - thanks to rapid platform development by Pixl8.
20,000 bank staff benefited from instant access to the scheme, with another 40,000 given the opportunity to sign up for membership.
Pixl8 used the Preside platform (including the formbuilder tool) to build a log-in and registration form. When staff login in with their work email address, a domain check runs in real-time to ensure eligibility.
Once registered, users are able to view a customised homepage, which has been built to show on-screen announcements, the Enterprise Membership dashboard, and a restricted content area.
The platform has in-built flexibility allowing the CBI to add other financial institutions and extend the opportunity of enterprise membership to their staff by specifying a list of organisations.
A recent enhancement has also been developed to allow discount codes to be set up on specified qualifications or modules that CBI offer their members.
Pixl8 carried out an environment performance review and load testing to ensure that the platform could manage large volumes of applications.
Thanks to Pixl8’s future-proofed platform and drive for continuous improvement the Chartered Banker Institute will be able to grow their Enterprise Membership scheme for many years to come.
