November news round-up

New ReadyMembership launches, new team members and an award-winning client.

New platform launches

We’ve been busy helping several membership organisations launch new ReadyMembership platforms.

In November we were delighted to help the Chartered Institute of Credit Management go live with a new membership website that includes an easy join online process, shop and connector with learning platform D2L.

Other clients with new platforms this year include The City of London Law Society, the Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades, the Colorado League of Charter Schools, the National Association for Campus Activities and the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers.

Extending client support

We’ve been bolstering support across our project delivery team. These include new Customer Success Managers to help clients plan and deliver on-going digital transformation.

Plus, with new senior account managers, consultants and developers we're able to give even more support to our clients in the UK, US and Australia.
Meet the whole team here.

Creating a client community

Our ReadyMembership clients are a growing community of professionals who are eager to get the most out of the platform to deliver great experiences and grow their membership.

We’ve created a product board where they can suggest ideas for new features and enhancements and influence our product roadmap.

In October we held an in-person user group where clients took part in workshops, heard our plans and were inspired by other ReadyMembership users.

Jennifer Sproul, Chief Executive of the Institute for Internal Communication told attendees how they have reduced membership churn and increased new membership applications by 52%.

Association Excellence Awards win for ATTA

Our client the African Travel and Tourism Association won Bronze for Best Association Digital Transformation in the 2023 Association Excellence Awards.

Their ReadyMembership platform includes a submissions tool that allows their travel company members to submit news, offers and advice for publication on a new directory, or featured in newsletters and on the website. They can also reach over 5000 industry contacts - helping them grow their businesses.

The judges said:

“A very complex project well executed.”

“New website visually pleasing and accessible content from landing page. Good use of RM functionality to deliver objective of single view of all data, reducing reliance on multi-systems”

“Impressive ambition and clear that all data is being managed much more smoothly now”

ReadyMembership has enabled the association to create a new partnership grade called ATTA for Action. This initiative links local charities and community projects with their members - travel industry suppliers and agents. The scheme will grow the reach of charities and enable travel companies to have a positive impact on the ground by supporting schemes in local communities.
