A COVID-19 security update

Pixl8 has been working remotely since March 11 and plans to do so for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, we're in a position to be fully operational during this time: our teams are fully set up and prepared to continue supporting you to achieve your digital ambitions. 

 

 

During this time, it's important to recognise that with increased time on their hands hackers are likely to be more prolific. We’re monitoring our sites and servers closely and can report that there have been no security issues. 

We are being proactive to ensure site code is as up to date and secure as possible, and are working closely with our developers and cyber security team to run code reviews and tests for added confidence.

Pixl8 clients should know that we are moving sites to a cloud hosting environment (using Kubernetes on Amazon Web Services). This is a secure, flexible way to deliver sites and applications, and we are looking forward to seeing the benefits of this change.
