2022 customer success plans

Pixl8 is introducing a new customer success layer to its support operations. This will help our clients achieve their ongoing ambitions after website launch and build closer relationships.

From 2022, new customer success managers will be introduced to co-ordinate new requirements, follow-up support issues and help prioritise work and training requests. For new clients, they will be the point of contact from the start of a project - continuing after go-live.
