Our work: renewals & integrations

As the year comes to a close we point the spotlight on ongoing improvements that we have been rolling out with clients as well as some recent launches.

Getting renewals ready

A number of clients have been upgrading their accounting and payments processes integrating with software that will speed up their renewals in the New Year.

The Association of Governing Bodies of Independent Schools (AGBIS) have integrated their website and members platform with popular accounting software Xero. They will be using the software to send out invoices for their renewals.

Another time-saving integration clients are benefiting from is Go Cardless, ideal for processing subscription payments. We migrated all existing mandates over for the Homecare Association, the Council of British Archaeology and the Honourable Council of Master Mariners. They will be using the direct debit integration for renewals going forward.

The Royal Economic Society, has recently moved to Income Based Pricing, where depending on a users salary band they pay a different rate for membership.

There is full flexibility in ReadyMembership to change members’ subscription grades and payment schedules. Watch our new video to find out more.

Powerful Dynamics

Several of our membership organisation clients are integrating their new platforms with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA) worked with us and our partner Bluelight to integrate it with a new website for their exhibition in January 2022

The Standards Boards for Alternative Investments (SBAI) is another organisation benefiting from deep Dynamics integrations with a new ReadyMembership website and members portal.

If you have any questions about integrating with Dynamics or other platforms do get in touch.
