IOIC wins Best Website in Memcom Excellence Awards

The Institute of Internal Communication is recognised for its transformational platform.

We are thrilled that our client the Institute of Internal Communication took home the award for Best Website in the 2024 Memcom Excellence Awards - which celebrate the very best of the membership sector. It’s a well-deserved recognition for a platform that has transformed its members’ user experience and freed up its team to deliver additional services and resources.   

The judges said:

This entry was more than a website; it was a holistic approach to redesigning the experience. It demonstrated a clear vision for a single platform based on a business case linked directly to addressing challenges with KPIs in the organisation. The judges were impressed by the amount of research and preparation done before implementation.

This was a real digital transformation involving thoughtful experience design and additional features that were designed to build data and create a more tailored experience. The metrics provided showed how the project has impacted other areas of the organisation and demonstrated a broad set of positive outcomes”

After moving to Pixl8's unified membership platform ReadyMembership the IOIC saw an 83% increase in website visitors, 25% in membership growth and 58% increase in member logins.
