Pixl8 Client Day 2025 - innovation, improvement and AI

On Friday 21st March, Pixl8 Group brought together clients for a day of AI insights, platform updates and inspiring membership success stories.

Chief Executive Alex Skinner set the scene in his opening remarks, introducing the day’s theme of continuous improvement - with AI playing a key role.

Alex believes that AI will change the world of work in the next five years more than it has changed in the last twenty years, and Pixl8 is actively developing AI tools for our platforms to save staff time and enhance member experiences.

Platform growth

Steve Dowle, Head of Product, was joined by Luke Holderness, Creative Director, to share how our growing product team is driving ongoing improvements to the platform - by bringing together skills and experience from across the business.

Luke has recently joined the product team, working alongside designer Rhakenna and UX architect João.

With their deep understanding of membership organisations and strong design expertise, they’re set to enhance and simplify the experience for both site admins and members.

Luke and Steve demoed new features in the latest platform release. These include credit notes that make it much easier to refund bookings and change tickets, shop discount codes and pending booking status that helps reduce purchase drop-offs. There has also been a range of additional enhancements to our events management system, eventfolio.

Eventfolio upgrade

Steve explained that webflows are now part of Eventfolio - allowing more flexibility to customise and configure event booking journeys. Credit notes are also available, making it easy to refund bookings and change tickets. Our May and September releases will include searchable conference sessions with tagging, improved ticketing and event page template options.

Client case studies

This interactive day also showcased a client case study from the European Association of International Education, which delivered an annual conference that involved complex ticketing structures & international tax systems. With ReadyMembership they streamlined their processes and delivered a 92% satisfaction rate from their 7000 delegates.

The British Dietetic Association shared how moving to Pixl8MX and BlueCRM has transformed member experiences and operations - addressing a critical strategic challenge. From MyBDA self-service area, to interest-based personalisation and EDI insights - the impact has been impressive; an 11% attrition rate has now stabilised at 3%. Read their case study here.

Enhanced Preside development

Alex was joined by Brian and Iain from Horisk - they have extensive experience with Preside and we are excited to be working together to drive continuous improvement for our clients. The duo bring deep expertise in custom development that will benefit clients with complex solutions.

Introducing Pixl8’s AI solution

AI is here and it’s not only important to be familiar with the wide range of tools currently available but to also keep up with this constantly evolving technology.

Pixl8 was delighted to give clients a first look at ReadyIntelligence - our future-ready platform that empowers organisations by transforming operations and driving smarter decisions and seamless experiences.
